WINEMAKING
from 12 to 16 days of maceration at 25° C in stainless steel tanks with daily pumping over and punchings down. It ages for six to eight months in barrels of French oak and after bottling it undergoes for a ageing period of 6 months.

TASTING NOTES
deep ruby-red colour, accompanied by a strong and persistent bouquet of red-berry fruit, wild berries, and prune preserves. The taste is warm and rather soft, with a balanced tannin component.
