After destemming-crushing, the must is left in contact with the skins for 24 hours, after which the solid parts are separated from the liquids. Followed by clarification and controlled fermentation. The second fermentation takes place in an autoclave at a controlled temperature (16 – 18 ° C).
Intense pink color with bright reflections. Subtle on the nose, delicate, floral aromas of rose and fruity. Fresh, drinkable and lively in the mouth.
Seafood salad, grilled fish and vegetables, omelettes.
