Gentle pressing, static clarification at 10 ° C, followed by fermentation at controlled temperature. The second fermentation takes place in an autoclave at a controlled temperature (16 – 18 ° C).
Straw color with bright reflections. Subtle on the nose, delicate, floral and fruity aromas. The taste is fresh, sparkling and elegant with good aromatic persistence.
Excellent as an aperitif; it goes well with delicate fish dishes and fresh cheeses.
